Agentry

SMS Terms & Conditions

Appointment-confirmation text messages sent by Agentry on behalf of the businesses it serves.

Agentry provides AI phone-receptionist and scheduling services to local service businesses (for example, roofing and home-services companies). When you book an appointment with one of these businesses by phone, Agentry sends a one-time text message confirming the appointment details on that business's behalf. Each message identifies Agentry as the sender and names the business the appointment is with.

How you opt in

Consent is collected verbally during your phone call. Before booking is completed, the receptionist reads the following script, verbatim, to every caller:

“Before we finish, can I send you a text confirmation for your appointment? You'll get appointment confirmation and reminder messages from Agentry on behalf of Zach's Roofing. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our terms and privacy policy are at useagentry.com. Is that okay?”

(Agentry is the sender of every message; the “on behalf of” name is the business whose appointment you booked — “Zach's Roofing”, Agentry's demonstration line, is shown as the example.)

A text is only sent after you verbally agree, and your yes/no answer is retained with the call record as proof of consent. We do not send messages to anyone who has not verbally opted in during a call.

What we send

These are transactional messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

A typical message looks like this:

Zach's Roofing via Agentry: You're confirmed for a Roof Inspection on Thursday, July 9 at 10:00 AM. Questions or changes, just call us. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply; msg frequency varies. Terms & privacy: useagentry.com/sms-terms

Message frequency

Message frequency is limited and tied to your activity — generally one message per appointment you book.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to stop messages

STOP — Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation that you have been opted out, and no further messages will be sent.

HELP — Reply HELP for help, or contact the business directly using the number you called to book.

Privacy

We use your phone number only to send the appointment confirmations described above. We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our full Privacy Policy.
