Agentry provides AI phone-receptionist and scheduling services to local service businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you interact with one of those businesses through Agentry, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide when booking by phone — your name, phone number, and service address.
- Appointment details — the service requested and the date and time scheduled.
- Call records — a recording, transcript, and summary of the call, used to service your request and improve quality.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointment with the business you called.
- To send you a text message confirming or updating your appointment (see our SMS Terms).
- To help the business follow up on your request.
SMS / text messaging
We use the phone number you provide solely to send transactional appointment confirmations. We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Sharing
We share your information only with the business you contacted (so they can perform the service) and with service providers that operate our platform on our behalf (for example, calendar, telephony, and messaging providers), strictly to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & security
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at the email below.
